Training 2: Psychedelic Integration Training for Jungians
Jungian analysts are uniquely suited for psychedelic-assisted therapy because their entire orientation is toward the unconscious, the very realm psychedelics open most dramatically. Analysts already work fluently with archetypes, shadow eruptions, symbols, and individuation, which are the same psychic contents that surface during altered states. This makes them natural guides for those navigating visionary experience.
Yet, while the psychological ground is familiar, the technical aspects of psychedelic practice are new terrain: set and setting, preparation protocols, safety monitoring, integration structures, and ethics in relation to substances. To step responsibly into this field, Jungians need to acquire the skills associated with psychedelic journeys so their depth-oriented skills can be applied safely and effectively.
Psychedelic therapy is one of the most significant frontiers in psychology today. By embracing it, Jungians not only expand their own repertoire but also ensure that the psychedelic renaissance is grounded in meaning, individuation, and psychological depth rather than mere clinical mechanics. This training bridges what Jungians already know with what they most need to learn, positioning them to lead rather than remain on the sidelines.

Training 2, Course 1
This course offers a broad yet uniquely synthesized introduction to the world of psychedelics for Jungian analysts. It explores the major categories of substances, their pharmacological profiles, effects, and therapeutic potential, alongside their cultural and indigenous origins. Participants will examine applications in both clinical and non-clinical contexts, and learn how to begin framing these experiences within a depth-psychological perspective. A strong emphasis is placed on interactive learning, with space for dialogue, case vignettes, and extended question-and-answer sessions to ensure participants not only receive information but also integrate it meaningfully into their own analytic framework.

Training 2, Course 2
The advanced track focuses on the practical use of psychedelics in therapeutic contexts, the very dimension most Jungians have not yet encountered. Participants will learn how psychedelic sessions are structured, the roles and responsibilities of facilitators, preparation and screening of participants, managing dosing environments, safety monitoring, and handling challenging experiences. Attention is given to integration protocols, ethical and legal considerations, and the emerging standards of psychedelic-assisted therapy worldwide. Throughout, the goal is not to replace Jungian method but to equip analysts with the concrete technical knowledge required to responsibly interface with this new field.
